Car rental price notes:

• The price includes fuel, tolls, driver’s salary, and passenger insurance!
• The price does not include: VAT_if required (+8%), parking fees_if any; driver’s meals and accommodation according to the group!
• The price may change when the fuel price exceeds 10% of the fuel price of Petrolimex at the time of quotation!
• The “Car Rental Quotation” is valid for 01 day, from the time of quotation! 

Car confirmation notes:

• The “Car Booking Confirmation” is only valid for 30 minutes, from the time the confirmation is sent to the customer!
• The operator only confirms the car reservation, when the accountant confirms the deposit has been received!
• If the car stays overnight, the car must be returned to the driver to rest before 21:00 (except for special agreements)!
• All transactions and payments by bank transfer on the same day are only confirmed during office hours (except for special confirmations)!
• The “remaining” amount, the driver will collect directly before returning the customer, if the payment is different, it must be confirmed by the operator before returning the customer!
• Overtime (except for traffic jams, car breakdowns or force majeure): 45 seats (250k/hour); 29 seats (200k/hour); 4 seats to 16 seats (100k-150k/hour)!
• The price includes fuel, tolls, NOT including: parking fees_if any!
• The price may change when the fuel price exceeds 10% of the fuel price of Petrolimex at the time of booking confirmation!

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND HANDLING TOUR

• In case of notifying the car company before 07 days of departure: can RESCHEDULE TOUR or LOSE 50% DEPOSIT
• In case of notifying the car company before 03 days of departure: LOSE DEPOSIT
• In case of notifying the car company before 01-02 days of departure: still pay 100% TOUR VALUE
• The time to RESCHEDULE TOUR is within 02 months from the departure date of the old tour. The new tour schedule: will be confirmed again and may adjust the price (increase or decrease according to the new tour schedule) (Except for force majeure, such as social distancing for more than 2 months)
